If your nervous system has spent years in fight, flight, or freeze, it often needs a calm, steady space to remember what safety feels like. Each session focuses on identifying and clearing what’s interfering, allowing your system to release what it’s ready for in that moment.
Many patterns unwind in layers. The “work” doesn’t just happen in the session — there’s often a quiet integration that unfolds between sessions as your body, emotions, and awareness catch up to the shift.
Some people book a single session when they need immediate support or maintenance. Others choose to work more consistently over a month when they’re in a heavier or more active season of change. Both approaches are valid — the difference is simply pacing and depth.
This is collaborative work. I facilitate the clearing process, and your body does the releasing in its own timing. Nothing is forced, and nothing needs to be relived. We move at the speed of safety.
