Playground with the Inner Child (In-person) - 60 minutes

Welcome to a sacred 60-minute journey held in the comfort of a home sanctuary in Toa Payoh Apex. In this deeply personal, in-person experience, you will be invited to step into a space where you are received as your younger self—playful, curious, and open.

During this session, you will be guided to access your inner temple and connect with your inner child, a part of you that holds profound wisdom, creativity, and emotions. You will have the opportunity to:
  • Explore your truest needs and desires, rediscovering feelings that may have been tucked away, and tuning into the unique wisdom your inner child holds.
  • Offer love and care to the parts of yourself that have longed for acknowledgment, embracing a sense of belonging, healing, and wholeness.
  • Reclaim pure joy and playfulness, as we relive the magic of our childhood through music and games, immersing in a joyful, playful state where emotions and desires can be fully expressed in a safe environment.

Virtual Playground with the Inner Child - 45 minutes

In this 45-minute guided spiritual session, I will gently guide you to access your inner temple, where you can meet and connect with your inner child in a safe and nurturing environment.

Somatic Pilates - 60 minutes

Somatic Pilates blends the principles of Pilates with somatic movement practices, emphasizing a mindful and deeply embodied approach to movement. In this session, it aims not only to strengthen and tone the body but also fosters awareness, presence, and a connection between mind, body, and breath.

How Somatic Pilates is unique:
  1. Mindful Movement - Movements are performed slowly and intentionally to build awareness of how the body moves and feels in space. This allows for improved motor control and a deeper understanding of one’s movement patterns.
