This is a 30-minute virtual field visit to review the following:
⚫️ student's overall field experience
⚫️ review learning contract & progress made
⚫️ update field hours & plan of completion
⚫️ address any questions or concerns
Please discuss privately with all parties prior to scheduling.
It is recommended that the following parties attend:
⚫️ field student
⚫️ field instructor
⚫️ task supervisor (if different from field instructor)
and myself as the Field Liaison.

This is a 60-minute virtual consultation and feedback to discuss any of the following:
