The way I approach consultations is an interactive experience with a focus on your inner wisdom.
Your Inner Wisdom is your inner knowing that lives within you always. It is the gut instincts and intuitive downloads you receive daily. The question is, are we listening to our inner wisdom and letting it guide us? Or are we going against it and then wondering why we are tired, not in flow and burnout? When you learn more about your inner-self (the moon in your natal chart) and your cyclical nature (the sun cycles in astrology), things flow and you feel more peace and alignment.
Astrology helps to validate what you already know to be true about yourself. Once you have that confirmation and further development of self-awareness, you can start to live your life confidently, intuitively and aligned with what you want to happen! Every consultation has the option to end with a guided meditation experience to seal all the wisdom and bring your nervous system into a grounded state.
