I know that place. I have been carrying the weight of “not enough” for a long time: replaying mistakes, hiding parts of myself, chasing external validation that never filled the gap, and waiting for permission to choose myself and show up exactly as I am.

What shifted for me was coaching—a space to slow down, quiet the noise, and listen inward. It gave me room to breathe, hear my true voice, and answer the questions I had been avoiding with honesty. In this non-judgmental space, my imperfections and past failures were no longer flaws to be fixed but fuel for growth, clarity, and courage. It allowed me to tap into new possibilities and re-ignited my desire to make a meaningful difference.

Now, I support individuals who are ready to step into their potential—to show up fully, trust themselves, and move toward what truly matters. I offer ICF-aligned coaching that blends curiosity, compassion, and deep listening with reflective questions.
