With a firm foundation in place, we delve into understanding our behaviors and their roots, shedding light on the imbalances affecting our wellbeing.

Journeying to Self-Discovery
Often called 'surrender,' this stage is about embracing your authentic self, the part that remains balanced and harmonious with the Universe.

Yoga Therapy is offered on a recurring plan for $150 per session.
