This session will be 1.5-2.5 hours long. We will begin by reviewing your intake form, asking follow up questions, and really diving into what you hope to experience during your past life regression. You will be under hypnosis for approximately 60+ minutes of the session. I recommend booking this session on a day off or after your work day has completed. It is not ideal to have commitments booked after this session, as you will need some time to integrate your experience.

You will spend 30-45 minutes of the session under hypnosis where we will work with the subconscious mind to help you release any limitations and allow you to move forward in reaching your goals.

This session will be 60-75 minutes long. We will begin by reviewing your goals and talking about your progress. You will spend 30-45 minutes under hypnosis during this session. Please only book this session if you have already done an initial hypnosis session with me.
