This is a pre-recorded Human Design reading based on an intake form. I will look at both persons’ Human Design and the connection theme including challenges and relationship advice for more flow and joy. You can do this reading for you and an intimate partner, a potential partner, a business partner, or a family member.
You DON'T have to be present for the reading. It will be delivered to you within 2 WEEKS after the date you schedule in the calendar.

1. Please submit ACCURATE birth data and answer the following questions to the best of your ability.
2. If this is not for a reading with an INTIMATE partner, please leave out the questions that aren't relevant.
3. You can have your partner fill out the same questions and paste under each question below, or numbered apart and pasted in the last question (#8) where you have space to add anything you want me to take into account for the reading. If your partner/family member isn’t interested in the Connection Chart reading, they don't have to fill them out. In that case, just add to the last question (#8) anything you feel is important that I know about them.
