You will receive a call with an ETA or ADJUSTMENT if the time is > than or < than what is scheduled from the destination of the therapist before your appointment within 1 (same day) to 24 hours (future booking)

MOBILE sessions for 60-120 minute are available. Massage in your private home or one is welcome to come to Kymberly's private home studio if they don't like relaxing in-home mobile massage in their residence. (Warning: In her home there are Cats and two other people but the space to massage is private from people during the session)

If you are part of the TAWK or TLC Memberships and are an ACTIVE member (subscription), please read for those acronyms in the description with the session time desired before confirming payment and appointment.

TAWK MONTHLY MEMBERS: Please pick TAWK 60 minutes for $0 to utilize your monthly wellness treatment. only choose 90 or 120 minutes if you wish to pay for the additional time upgrade.

WARNING: If you are not approved or active in those payment options/Club Memberships you will be subject to immediate appointment cancelation and any refunds will negate any processing or transfer fees incurred. If you have created an account on the website (Required for either TAWC and TLCC qualification) and earned the Badge for these corresponding discounts, please select your correct acronyms and there will be no complications.

24-hour cancellation policy is enforced with only 1 First Warning cancelation that you will be refunded unless you wish to keep it as a credit for a rescheduled appointment at your leisure. There are also 2 SICK Cancelation warnings available in a 12 month period of which you are required to reschedule immediately for an appointment 14 days or later and if you need more time reschedule as necessary within 24-hours of that Pre-Arranged Appointment until you feel recovered; if it is not immediately rescheduled it is nonrefundable.

Our memberships are intended to be utilized every month, on a consistently scheduled basis so if this frequency is too often you can take advantage of our Massage 4-Packs with discounted pricing that can be gifted or used for family and friends and expire 24 months after purchase.
