Does it have to be on Zoom?
- Nope, a phone call is just fine. My phone number is in the confirmation email if phone is easier for you.
What do I say on the call?
- I'll invite you to introduce yourself and share some why you're seeking coaching - I'll introduce myself too and share a bit about my approach and background. I can guide the call with questions or you can come with questions for me! This time is for you to get what you need to make a decision about moving on or moving forward.
If we move forward, how much will coaching cost?
- It depends:
- If your company is paying for you to have coaching: $300/hr
- Self-pay is: $150/hr*
- *If you are paying out of pocket and then getting reimbursed by your organization... I consider that the same as your company paying for it. :)
Feel free to bring whatever you are thinking, feeling, needing etc. to the Discovery Call. I'm here to support you.
60 Minute Coaching Session
Book a session with me for 60 minutes!
Payment will be required at the time of booking. Make sure you read the cancellation, refund and rescheduling policies below.
How to prepare for a coaching session with me:
- Spend a few minutes before our session thinking through what you are thinking, feeling, noticing is a priority for us to work on together.
- Find a quiet place without distractions. Being coached while driving is not safe... I don't want you to be in a car accident - so if you are in your car - pull over before we talk.
- Ensure you have a good internet connection if we are meeting on Zoom.
- Be open to being vulnerable when you feel safe to be.
- Feel free to tell me what helps you feel comfortable, what is working... and if something is NOT working... I want to know!
Payment, cancellations, and no-show policies:
- Friendly reminder that NO-SHOW's to booked appointments will NOT be refunded. You are investing in yourself and I want you to be motivated to show up for yourself.
- I am happy to reschedule with reasonable advance notice.
- Payment is required at the time of booking and I do not refund sessions that you cancel except in emergency situations. If you need to reschedule a session, I'm happy to accommodate that!
- Paid sessions must be completed within 6 months of booking.
