System Reset

Move out of chaos and in to calm.

Step out of the noise and into a sacred space where your nervous system gets to relax and you allow your headspace to clear so that you can feel grounded and safe in your body. This guided session is intended to get you into your body and out of your head.

Please bring a notebook or journal and a pen or markers and be in a quiet space clear of distractions. This guided session will be about getting in to your body so you are going to want to be in a space where you can sit or lie down comfortably and move around a bit. You may choose to use a mat, a bed or a chair. Feel free to prepare your space by bringing any sacred objects (crystals, memorabilia, lucky charms, etc.), lighting candles or burning incense if that feels supportive for you.
