Coaching is especially helpful if you'd like to change something about your life, but you don't think it's possible; coaching makes things happen.
I am an experienced coach, and offer sessions to help you feel better about something in your life; whether that’s dealing with emotional challenges, health issues, building confidence, or my personal favourite - setting boundaries (particularly if you are dealing with tricky characters).
My sessions are a mix of coaching and chatting things through to help you reflect, grow, and take action.
The session will be via video call on your computer. You will need a reliable internet connection and somewhere quiet where you can talk privately. (I use a service called Jitsi; it's super easy to use, you just click on the link).
You will leave the session with a clear action plan for the coming months, and a new perspective.
If you are local to Hove, we can also arrange to do the session whilst having a walk along the beach, or something like that.
