All sessions are 50 minutes, structured, and time-limited. This is not open-ended therapy, counselling, or exploratory talk-based work.
All appointments require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit. Appointments are confirmed only once payment is received.
Continuation work, if appropriate, is structured after the initial session and is prepaid in full.
Clients are expected to attend on time and participate responsibly in the process.
