Before booking:

Please confirm your preferred date and time prior to payment. In case you can't find a suitable appointment, please contact support.

Refund Policy

7 days before = 100%

6 days = 80%

5 days = 60%

4 days = 40%

3 days = 20%

48h or less = 0%

Rescheduling Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours prior to the booked session, no refund is available.

Bookings are also non-refundable once they have been rescheduled.

Note:

This is not therapy or crisis counseling.

It’s a structured reflection space.

Sessions may be ended without refund if communication becomes abusive or inappropriate.

After booking:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details,

and a 48-hour reminder with a short guide on how to prepare.
