What Up!! My name is Mark Sanchez, and for the past three years, I’ve been helping people reclaim their energy, freedom, and joy through my coaching packages. As a Joy and Shadow Fuckery Coach, I guide individuals to dive deep into both the light and dark aspects of their lives. "Joy" is all about living in alignment with your true self, tapping into genuine happiness, and embracing life’s fullness. On the flip side, "Shadow Fuckery" involves confronting the messy, hidden stuff—those unspoken fears, frustrations, and limiting beliefs that often drain our energy.

With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of being stuck in toxic environments. I once blamed my job, my bosses, and my circumstances for my unhappiness, until I realized the problem was within me. In 2015, I transformed my life by facing my own shadows and shifting my mindset. I lost the weight, left unhealthy habits behind "alcohol", and fell back in love with my serving job and my life and became a coach in the process.

So now I help others do the same. Together, we dig into the shadows and use them as fuel for transformation while cultivating joy to help you feel more alive and empowered. My coaching isn’t about perfection; it’s about embracing the chaos and learning from it, turning your life into a training ground for deep personal growth. I create space for people to break free from patterns of self-sabotage and toxic environments without needing to change anyone or anything outside of themselves.

My mission is simple: to guide you toward reclaiming your energy, freedom, and joy—no matter what shadows you’re facing.
