Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client, or the client can request a full refund of the fee if they decide not to reschedule. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancelled bookings that occur within 24hrs of the scheduled time.
