60-Minute Pelvic Floor Yoga Practice: Stability, Mobility, and Balance
Join our Pelvic Floor Yoga class, designed to gently stretch and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor and deep core to prevent, alleviate, and potentially reverse pelvic dysfunctions.
Pelvic dysfunctions can manifest in various ways, including:
~Urinary Dysfunction – Issues such as incontinence, urgency, or frequent urination can arise from pelvic floor weakness or imbalance, making it difficult to control bladder function.
~Digestive Dysfunction – Constipation and difficulty with regular bowel movements may be linked to pelvic floor dysfunction, as tightness or weakness in the muscles can impact digestive processes.
~Structural Dysfunction – Pelvic floor imbalance can contribute to chronic back pain, hip discomfort, knee pain, and difficulty with balance. These issues often result from misalignment or weakness in the pelvic region, which can affect overall body mechanics.
~Sexual Dysfunction – This can include symptoms like painful sex, inability to orgasm, or weak orgasms, often due to tension or weakness in the pelvic floor muscles.
