Income Details:
If employed:
- Recent payslips (last 3 months)
- Latest tax return or P60
- Proof of any additional income (e.g., rental income, bonuses, pension etc)
If self-employed:
- Last 3 years Tax Calculations (SA302s)
- Last 3 years Tax Year Overviews
- Last 3 years full accounts (Limited company directors only)
Outgoings:
- 3 months bank statements showing income and outgoings (all accounts)
- Details of current debts (credit cards, personal loans, etc.)
- Monthly expenses (utilities, groceries, transportation, etc.)
- Details of any loans, credit cards or other committed expenditure.
Identification:
- A valid photo ID (passport or driving license)
- Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
Existing Mortgages:
- Mortgage statements for any properties you currently own
These do not need to be physical copies, digital/photo versions are fine.
