Getting approved for a loan typically begins with an initial interview. During this meeting, me and will go over the different mortgage options that are available and discuss what you can expect during the loan process. While this meeting can be conducted through email or over the phone, an interview is important to insure we are on the same page regarding the loan.

To help expedite the mortgage application process, the following documents should be brought to the initial meeting:

  • Copy of your driver’s license
  • Pay stubs for the last 30 days
  • Tax returns for the past two years
  • W-2 documents for the past two years
  • Bank statements for the past 60 days all pages.

Being fully prepared for your initial meeting can help speed up the overall application process. By having these items in advance, I can evaluate your application in a timely manner and provide you with the most accurate rate quote possible.
