Prepare your mindset, emotions, & energetic system for giving birth by clearing out fears, limiting beliefs, trapped emotions, and other energetic imbalances to feel more confident, connected, and centered for birth. As needed, we can clear out past birth experiences, ancestral birth trauma, your own birth experience when you were born, societal and cultural paradigms, and anything else contributing to fear, dread, or resistance about giving birth. Realign your energetic system and shift into more positive paradigms and beliefs about birth and begin to reclaim your inner confidence.
This 50-minute intuitive energy clearing session may include a combination of tools, customized to the needs of the individual, including coaching, journaling, EFT tapping, guided visualization, energy work, etc.
I act as an intuitive detective to get clarity on the underlying components for the issue, then we use simple tools to let it go. It is a very simple, gentle, and effective approach to bringing more balance to the issue and your energy system.
