For multi-session bookings, the time listed reflects each individual session. You’ll be guided to a subscription-style page where you can select the number of sessions you feel called to commit to; this is a one-time payment, and you will only be charged once ideally sessions will be completed within 4 - 6 weeks but te system only allows me to list a year. This allows you to move through your journey with consistency, support, and space for deeper integration

These sessions are integrative, supportive, and therapy-adjacent, designed to help with emotional regulation, self-awareness, insight, and personal growth. They are not a replacement for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment, and they do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
No prior experience is needed.
Sessions are carefully paced and adapted to you, and you will never be asked to explore anything you are not ready for.
This work can also be undertaken alongside counselling or therapy, and if you are currently working with a mental health professional, it is recommended to keep them informed.
The approach is trauma-aware and nervous-system-informed, with a strong focus on safety and emotional regulation. However, these sessions are not designed as trauma treatment or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, or significant emotional instability, it is important to seek appropriate clinical support.
Some people benefit from a single session, while deeper work is often supported through a series of three or more sessions. Any recommendations are collaborative, with no pressure or expectation.
You remain in control at all times. All sessions are consent-based, and you are free to pause, slow down, or redirect the process whenever needed. Your autonomy, comfort, and emotional safety are always prioritised.
Session Policies
Your time is reserved: Please arrive on time to receive the full session.
Late arrivals: Arrivals of 20 minutes or more may be treated as a cancellation.
Rescheduling & cancellations: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may not be refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.
Your choice: You may decline any part of a session at any time. You are never obliged to continue or adopt any belief.
