Breathwork /Active Meditation Private Session

Breathing practice promotes healing and awakening through the use of breath. Following a specific breathing pattern gradually shifts your mind into a subtly different state of consciousness, and a natural healing system in the body is activated.

During the session:
You will breathe for about 3 hours. We’ll begin with an introduction to Breathwork and meditation, explore your intentions, and discuss areas of your life you wish to cultivate or release. The session will be tailored to your needs, creating a safe and supportive environment throughout the experience.

After the session, you may feel more relieved, relaxed, and free from intense emotions. The practice may help you access creativity, gain clarity, and release psychological and physical stress that has accumulated in your busy lifestyle.

Duration of the Sessions:
Sessions are usually 3 to 3.5 hours long, including a Breathwork journey, meditation, and an introduction to the fundamentals of Breathwork. I work intuitively, and each session is personalized to what will serve you most.

For your first session, we will begin with a more in-depth introduction to Breathwork, covering the breathing techniques and the effects of the practice.

This is a longer session to help you fully prepare to begin your journey with Breathwork!
