Yoga Breathing Coaching Online - One to One via Google Meet - WITH app access

$155/person per session (4 week program)
Includes: App Access & check-ins throughout the week. The program is tailored to your needs and interests. You have continued access to the app and resources beyond the 4 weeks

If possible all 4 sessions need to be booked on the same consecutive day each week.
This will optimise your experience and support you in establishing a routine.
