PRICING:
The rate for drop-off orders per 100g of frozen milk is:
- Nourishy Multi-Feed packaging: $6.00
- Nourishy Single-Feed packaging: $8.50
- Nourishy Combo Packaging: $7.25
Once we receive and weigh your milk order, we'll promptly send you an invoice via email. You can conveniently make the payment directly through the provided link in the email.
TURNAROUND:
The processing time for your order is contingent on the quantity you submit but on average will take +- 10 to 15 working days to process. If you have specific timing requirements, please reach out to us before dropping off for an accurate estimate. Rest assured, your milk will be meticulously labeled with your name and tracking numbers, and securely stored in our freezer until the freeze-drying process. You'll receive updates regarding the processing status and notification when it's ready for pickup!

Our facility is situated at: Lot 9 Unit 15, 62 Crockford Street, Northgate, QLD 4013.
As you turn into 62 Crockford; Kitchen8 cafe will be on your left hand side (amazing coffee fyi). drive to the end of the business park. You'll reach a cul-de-sac and lot 9 is at the end; slightly to the right. We're unit 15 on the right hand side.
Feel free to park anywhere. You are welcome to bring your lil ones in with you into the facility. We will be there to help you carry. Once inside the facility; we will take you up a flight of stairs.
SCHEDULING:
Access to our facility is by appointment. If you need to make any last-minute changes, please call us at 07 2111 8308. A typical drop-off appointment lasts approximately 15 minutes or less. We'll be ready to welcome you at the scheduled time. In case you find the front door locked upon arrival, please ring the doorbell. For any changes or cancellations to your appointment, kindly email us at hello@nourishy.com.au.
