Terms & Conditions:
We kindly ask our clients to carefully read our Terms and Conditions and be aware that when you make a booking with us, you are automatically accepting these terms and conditions.
Liability
We cannot be liable for loss, injury or death, whether due to your dog’s behaviour or otherwise.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed.
Cancellation fees
All prepaid bookings are non-refundable or transferable.
Group Bookings
You are responsible for all dogs in your care, this applies to dog walkers & owners.
Difficult behaviour
You agree that if a dog in your care attacks, or is involved in a fight with another dog, (and/or person) causing injury to that dog (or person) you will be responsible for any losses incurred thus including, but not limited to, payment of veterinary fees in respect of injuries to another animal caused by their dog.
We also reserve the right to refuse admission to any pet which, in our opinion, is showing signs of ill health OR aggression.
Please note: We do not encourage dogs with aggressive or destructive temperaments.
All damage caused by a dog or person to any area will be chargeable to the person responsible for booking.
Abandonment, PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY
Should a dog be left unattended at Oakfield Paws 'n Play, we strongly state, we are EXTREMELY AGAINST the abandonment of a dog It is cruellest thing a dog owner can do!
We will communicate to the authorities about the abandonment of the animal following the Abandonment of Animals Act 1960.
