Notary Appointment

Duration
15 minutes
Experience a professional notary service in the heart of Downtown Wake Forest!

Address of meeting place: The Loading Dock, 525 S White St, Wake Forest, NC 27587

My operating hours are limited to the times you see. Days vary, but I am generally downtown two days a week.

  1. Whoever signing needs to be present in-person with a valid government-issued photo identification, such as a U.S. driver’s license or passport.
  2. No pre-signing. Signatures must take place the notary appointment.
  3. If you are printing the document, print one-sided.
  4. The fee is $10 per notarial act requiring a signature & stamp. I accept cash, check, Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp.
  5. Fees for Apostille or Authentication (AA) services vary because of the research, shipping, certified translations, and travel that may be involved. After an AA booking, I will reach out with a custom quote.

More details:
  • If a witness is required at the signing, he or she must be an unrelated, disinterested party, 18+ years old, not named in the document, and have valid ID (but ultimately check the terms of your documents).
  • If getting a document notarized on behalf of a company, please provide valid identification and proof of signing authority. I can notarize documents such as contracts, affidavits, and agreements, but I do not provide legal review or advice. I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in North Carolina and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
  • All personal information and documents provided for notarization will be handled with strict confidentiality. I do not discuss or disclose details of your transaction with a third party unless required by law.
