Completion of your reservation through our booking system is a confirmation that you have read and understand the following policies.

In-person organization sessions are available in 3-hour minimum blocks, beginning at whatever time you choose on the booking form.

*NOTE* If, ultimately, we do not require the entire 3-hour block to complete your project, the remaining time can be transferred to &/or split between other projects (i.e. please go ahead and reserve the 3-hour block here, to ensure you're on our schedule -- and we can adjust sessions as needed once we begin your project and have better time projections). Leftover time can be used for a future project, combined with another time block at a later date, etc.

We charge a non-refundable $50 appointment deposit when you reserve time on our schedule. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your entire 3-hour time block purchase and/or any additional billed time, materials, etc. (the balance of which will be due at the completion of that in-person session on the date of your appointment).

EXAMPLE: If you schedule a 3-hour appointment block today, using this booking form, you will be charged $50 to reserve time on our schedule. On the date of your appointment, you will be charged the remaining balance of that 3-hour block ($75 x 3 = $225, minus the $50 deposit, resulting in a balance due of $175) + any additional billed time (i.e. if your project lasts 4 hours instead of 3, etc.) + the cost of any materials.

Any appointment changes/cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will incur a $50 "no show" fee to compensate the organizer for their scheduled time; this will be covered by the deposit amount we collect at the time of booking. We are happy, however, to process any schedule changes that occur more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time, free of charge.
