75 Hard Coaching Intro Call

75 Hard is a mental fitness program created by Andy Frisella and involves the following:


Follow a diet, form a structured eating plan with the goal of physical improvement. No alcohol or meals outside your chosen diet are allowed.
Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of which must be outdoors, both can be outdoors
Take a progress picture, seems easy but several have failed from this simple task
Drink 1 gallon of water, which cannot include any mixers or additives. This includes protein powders, electrolytes, crystal light, pre-workouts, greens powders, etc. The water must be plain, unflavored and non-carbonated.
Read 10 pages of a non fiction book, audiobooks not included.

You must start over if you don't complete any of these tasks each day. This challenge was created to be completed successfully for 75 consecutive days without fail.


I've completed this challenge twice without failing and in almost any situation you can think of.

  • Travel - internationally and domestically
  • Situation - my birthday, a bachelor party, the holiday season and New Years
  • Season - the 100+ degree summer, the snowy winters
  • Type - with a W2 job at home, a W2 job going into the office three times a week and being an entrepreneur running three companies with seven employees
  • Live Hard - after successfully completing 75 Hard, I also did the Live Hard program, which is a set of three 30 day increments over a year that involve additional tasks that are different beyond the 75 Hard tasks
