Cancellations made less than one hour prior to the scheduled session time will incur the full charge for that session. This policy is applicable without exceptions.

Furthermore, should there be more than two instances of non-attendance ('no-shows') without prior cancellation, the trainer reserves the right to terminate the training contract with the client.
