I'm Petrina and I work with adolescents and adults, in both one to one and group sessions, to help them get greater clarity and confidence on their next steps.

Career choices can feel overwhelming. With so many variables and new opportunities emerging ever year, it's easy to feel lost or unsure about the right pathways for you.

Over the last few years, I've helped hundreds of students and adults move from confusion to clarity. Together we discovered and designed career and college pathways that inspired action and built momentum towards fulfilling, rewarding futures.

Before becoming a full-time Career Coach, I spent over 20 years leading Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Development functions across both public and private sectors in Ireland and much further afield with multinational companies. During that time, I helped thousands of employees grow, upskill and progress in careers that aligned with their unique strengths, interests and ambitions.

This blend of real-world industry experience and deep understanding of career development gives me a unique perspective — one that goes beyond traditional school guidance or life coaching approaches.
