  • Sessions may be rescheduled once, free of charge, by emailing tutor@qlmlearning.com. There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
  • Students must send a picture of their work to tutor@qlmlearning.com at least 24 hours before their session.
  • Students must ensure they bring enough work/questions to every session.
  • Students must attend their sessions on time. If they are late, the session will not be extended and there will be no refunds/discounts issued.
