Using your body's natural biofeedback energy input, Natural Bioenergetics identifies stressors in your being and helps your body to return to homeostasis and facilitate healing. Sessions are booked in 1.5 hour slots but can range from 15 minutes to the full 1.5 hours, depending on what your body needs.
