Ever had the feeling "I should..... ? You know I should quit this or quit that, I should lose weight etc. These feelings are coming from the conscious mind that is basically saying it would be advantageous to do this or that, but if we have had experiences in our life that have affected us at a deep unconscious level it becomes desperately hard through self-will to just change, and this is where hypnosis comes in. Hypnosis is a state of focussed awareness that allows the skilled therapist to give the client suggestions for their improvement or to finally do the "I shoulds"
