About the session:

The session will take 60-70 minutes. If in a need for a longer session (90mins 120€), please reach out via email or telegram 24 hours before our session and I will make it possible to do it longer.

How to prepare:

It's better to use wireless headphones if you have and feel comfortable with them.
Otherwise, I only need you to have a calm and private environment around you.
You also will be invited to stand up at some point and I need to see you in the picture, so make sure that you have space to stand up and move a little.

After the session, I recommend going outside for a ~ 20mins walk or tea/coffee/journaling break. You don't "have to" and can get back to normal things but it's very good for your process. 🌸
