A real estate showing appointment is a meeting to view ACTIVE properties listed for sale or rent.

The purpose of the showing appointment is to allow you to physically experience the property and determine if it meets your needs and preferences. The buyer can ask questions, take measurements, and inspect the property's condition during the showing.  

It is not uncommon for owners to allow multiple potential buyers or tenants to schedule the same showing appointment times. Do not be alarmed, let's plan to discuss details about the property outside of the home. 

You will always receive a calendar appointment confirming the showing schedule and properties.
