Please prepare ahead of time with your fitment preference, chest/stomach/waist measurements (are a good start), details you'd like, stitching patterns, leather/denim/canvas?, stitching colors, custom liner artwork (if you have any), and anything else you can think of the more the better to make sure we're utilizing your time the best we can. We always have our customers try on an "in-stock" vest in our store for fitment accuracy and a good blueprint of your fitment preference. You're welcome to do so during business hours in store before the meeting.

This meeting is for 1 custom vest or jacket meeting for about 30 minutes to 1 hour max for 1 individual. If you need another vest for someone else, they will need to schedule a meeting separate from this. If all the above information is provided, can possibly finish sooner. Please arrive 15 minutes before the meeting at our storefront in Phoenix, AZ. Address should be attached to this invite.

What materials do you use? - Here at Rebel Reaper we source the best leathers, selvage denims, heavy-duty canvas, and exotic leathers you can get. We have our own tannery and production. We actually specifically work with the biggest manufacturer of leathers in the world, so the possibilities are limitless with us compared to most companies out there. We do not 3rd party sources like most companies do, which usually requires a "middle man" and communication during production could cause problems - and because we do all our customs with our own production means you're getting full transparency upfront on cost and no hidden fees/costs once its been finished. We most commonly use a 1.2mm soft-pressed genuine cowhide leather which does not fade, crack, or wear easily. We guarantee ours to last a lifetime and we've proven that since 2016 with thousands of happy customers worldwide. We make sure you get every pennies worth on the final product.

What is the cost of a custom vest or jacket? - Our custom vests start at $399.99 as the beginning base line cost and go up from there depending on the customizations you're looking for. Custom Jackets start at $499.99 as the baseline cost. Quick notes on cost: $95.00 for stitching patterns on shoulders, $95 per section of the vest for leather (ie: Shoulders 1 charge, torso separate charge, so full leather is $95+$95 since its 2 separate portions of the vest), $50 for custom liner artwork (in stock artwork is free like flags, paisley, or in-stock vest liners in store), expandable side zippers $50 upcharge, etc.

What is the average cost for a full custom vest? - Customers see an average cost based on the thousands of vests we've done over the years about $600-$700 for full leather with stitching patterns on the shoulders. Denim and canvas are slightly cheaper than full leather as a side note.

What is the time frame for a full custom vest? - Right now our turnaround time is about 10 weeks (on average) depending on the complexity of your vest. Holidays (Nov./Dec.) sometimes can be 10-12 weeks. We do have a rush order option that is an additional $300 if you need the vest within 4 weeks or less from when it's sent to production.

OK I'm ready to order, is there a deposit? - Yes, we require at least 70% down on the vest when ordering once we get all your details after the meeting. We do this because that covers at least the materials and labor that goes into these full customs since they're all made by hand. The remaining 30% can be handled at pickup once completed. We also have payment plans with Affirm or Shop Installments as well (sometimes with 0% interest if qualified)

How do we confirm all the details? - Once you've made your vest requirements after the meeting, we will follow up in about 1-2 days with an email confirming ALL details before going into production. It's important to review the entire email, once you confirm everything is correct, we will then send it to production and the "time clock" starts for production. We can not start the vest/jacket until you've confirmed in the email (please check your junk folder sometimes it goes there)

Can I cancel or change my custom vest or jacket once it's sent to production? - Once it's in production, we can not make any changes or cancellations of the custom vest/jacket.

Do you offer discounts? - We're sorry, for the customs due to the nature of demand and keeping our promise to quality, priority customer service, and attention to detail - no discounts are applicable for full customs.

Do you warranty full custom vests or jackets? - Yes we do. We cover any damages for the life of the vest when it comes to zippers, stitching, or buttons. Simply bring it in or ship it to us, and we'll take care of the rest. Keep your receipt for proof of purchase (important)
