understand. Here’s what you need to know when using our services:
✅ What We Do
We provide remote IT support for home users
and small businesses across the UK.
That includes help with:
Windows & macOS troubleshooting, Android & iPhone support,
Software setup, email issues, cloud help, slow computers, and more.
Hardware advice (but no hands-on repairs)
All sessions are done securely online, so no need for home visits.
🗓️ Booking & Payment
All support sessions must be booked in advance via our website.
Payment is made securely using Stripe and must be completed
before your session begins.
💡 Before Your Session
To get the best support, please:
Make sure your device is connected to the internet
Back up any important files just in case
Share clear details about your issue when booking
⚠️ What We Can’t Guarantee
We’ll always do our best to fix your issue,
but some things are out of our control. For example:
We’re not liable for any data loss, software bugs,
or hardware faults during or after the session
Some problems may not be fixable remotely due to system
limits or third-party software issues
We’ll always be honest and tell you if something isn’t fixable.
🔁 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or miss your session,
we’re unable to offer a refund

Booking a session means you’ve read and accepted the above. We keep things transparent and are happy to answer any questions you may have before or after your session.
