Council and Breath
Council and breath
We all face moments where we are at a crossroads or feel blocked in making a choice in our lives.
These sessions are designed to assist you in moving through a place of stuckness. To assist you in creating clarity.
How do we do this?
In this session we will begin by talking about the crossroads, or the block you are facing - we will then move into a somatic process to embody this energy in the body and work with it to explore potential deeper layers. This may open up particular memories, emotions, body sensations or belief systems. With this energy activated in the body and mind we will transition into a 30-40 minute Breathwork session where you will be fully supported with sound, guidance and touch. Your breath will be the vehicle to move through the experience.
We will spend the final part of the session integrating the work you’ve done, so that it is embedded into your awareness and consciousness.
Every session is tailored to your individual needs. These sessions are a mix of psycho therapeutic, somatic and Breathwork. Great for a one off, or as a series.
These sessions are about 90min. Investment is $150 payable by e-transfer or paypal to robintga@gmail.com
1 hour virtual psycho-spiritual coaching session
This is for a one hour zoom call. Cost is $100 which can be made to robintga@gmail.com through either Paypal or etransfer.
1 hour in person psycho-spiritual coaching session
This is a one hour in person session at my home in Chelsea QC. This session is $100/hr. Payment can be made by cash, or by etransfer to robintga@gmail.com.
20 minute Connection and Discovery Call
This is a free call to assess a strategy should we decide to work together. What are your goals? What struggles do you wrestle with? In this call it is my hope to offer some guidance and direction to get you on the right track in your life journey.
