Everything looks fine — so why doesn't it feel that way?

You've done the affirmations, the journaling, the manifesting. Some of it helped for a while. But the same patterns keep coming back. That's not because you're doing it wrong. It's because those tools were working on the wrong layer.

Rooted Light offers three doorways into the deeper work.

Reiki for the energetic body,

Quantum Journeys Hypnosis™ for the subconscious mind, and

Shamanic Healing for the spiritual root.

Each one meets you at a different layer. All of them are guided by what comes through, not a script.

Book a single session, explore a package, or start with a free discovery call.

Virtual sessions only — show up from wherever you are, as you are.
