This is for returning clients who have had a session within the last three months. These 30-minute remote sessions are the reset you need to support your well-being, mental and & physical health, and healing through your busy lifestyle.

After you select your desired date and time, I will text you to let you know I will begin the session. I then follow up via email with any messages or insights I have received.
