- I confirm that the information I have provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
- I understand that Japanese Head Spa and scalp treatments may involve the use of products on my scalp and hair. I have informed the salon of any allergies or sensitivities.
- I release the salon and its staff from any liability for allergic reactions, irritation, or complications that may occur during or after the treatment.
- I consent to photographs and Videos being taken during or after my treatment, which may be used for the salon’s social media, website, or marketing materials.
- I understand that cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee, and no-shows will be charged the full price.
- Please note: In the event of any salon machine malfunction or damage, we may need to cancel your appointment. In such cases, your full upfront payment made for booking confirmation will be refunded.
- I agree to arrive on time and understand that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled session.
- I understand that all sales are final, and no refunds are offered for completed treatments.
