A gentle 50-minute yoga class on the floor or a chair. We start with centering, move into aligning, stretching, and strengthening your body to release tension and end with a meditation.
Great for people who may not be very active yet can easily get on the floor. This is a progression from chair yoga to gently return to physical movement after injury or inactivity.
Props that May Be Used: yoga blocks, strap, flexible strap, blankets, hand weights.
First class is free.
Fee: $15 for drop-in or $50 per month. Recordings are available for your use for up to one week after class.
