Hey you badass dance human — I’m soooooo pumped to have you on The Dance Biz Fix Podcast!
Here’s the vibe: this is not your average “tell us your life story and plug your business” podcast. It’s a real-talk, problem-solving space for dance professionals who want to help shrink the gaps in this industry and spark honest, supportive conversations.
Each episode centers around one thing 👇🏻
A challenge you’ve faced (or are facing) in your dance biz life — whether as a studio owner, dance educator, industry creative, or all of the above.
We’ll unpack how you’ve tackled it, or if you haven’t yet, we’ll brainstorm creative solutions together, LIVE on the mic. You do not need to have it all figured out but you do have to be willing to be open to the convo. The gold is in the process and what comes out of it!
This is about showing the real stuff we all deal with, finding connection through shared experiences, and helping others know they’re not alone in it:
→ NOT a “come promote your program” space.
→ NOT a perfectly polished “success story” interview.
→ Very much a “let’s get messy and real” kind of space.
Because while our studios and dance careers might look different, the truth is we’re all navigating a lot of the same shit behind the scenes. And when we open up about it, we shrink the distance and build a stronger industry.
What to expect:

- Honest convo around what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what could
- A safe, supportive space for real talk — not perfection
P.S. — I’m a cusser, no-BS straight talker, Enneagram 8, Pisces, and Manifestor in Human Design… so if you’re down for direct, empowered conversation that leans alllll the way into finding solutions; this is going to feel like a damn good fit.
