Please note that the average planning timeline for a destination wedding is 12-16 months in advance. Shorter timeframes may be possible, but resort selection and date availability may be limited. At this time we are licensed to work with weddings whose primary travelers are based in the U.S.

Complimentary Destination Wedding Consultation

RESERVED FOR BRAND NEW DESTINATION WEDDING REQUESTS.
Thinking about having a destination wedding? There's a lot that goes into it! These appointments are offered so that we can get to know you and explore your vision and see if we are a good match.
Important: Most resorts require a minimum of 15 rooms booked for at least 3 nights to qualify for wedding amenities. To secure your room block, an upfront minimum deposit of $100 per room is required. Once all guests confirm their reservations, this deposit will either be refunded to you or applied to your stay at the end of the trip. Full details will be outlined in your personalized proposal.
Booking through a single source is essential and required to ensure you qualify for group perks and wedding amenities. We’ll handle all guest inquiries and manage their bookings, including airport transportation and travel insurance. We’ll also keep track of your guest list and provide regular updates on your guest count. Any special incentives or perks offered by the resort or cruise line will be passed along to you!
