I'm guessing you're here because you could do with the opportunity to rest.
Perhaps you know you are able rest but you struggle to allocate the time in your diary.
REST CLUB is here to allow you to book that SPACE and be ACCOUNTABLE for taking your rest seriously!
Book as many slots as you like in a month.
Fridays 9am UK
Sarah will open the Rest Room on Zoom, welcome all attendees, ask what rest activities you'd like to enjoy for the time slot and then close the room with a check in and best wishes.
Welcome rest activities can include but are not limited to:
Sleeping, napping, reading, painting, drawing, crocheting, listing to music, day dreaming, meditating, drawing, colouring, sewing, journalling etc.
Feel free to bring any equipment you need to enjoy your activity/non activity; blankets, hot water bottles, essential oils, cups of tea, candles, notebooks, eye masks - whatever you want goes.
