Please book this session if it is your first time working with me. The first session is a little bit longer allowing us some time to get to know each other and understanding what it is you are looking for.
In our 1:1 sessions, you will have space to turn inwards and connect with whatever is present and seeking your attention. We work with somatic techniques, including Compassionate Inquiry, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, to gently uncover and release emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may be impacting your life.
Throughout the process, I offer you my presence. compassion, curiosity and guidance. I am here to support you on your path to self- awareness, healing and authenticity.
