This is a perfect option if you want to see how your club looks from a visitor/member's perspective. I meet with your representative for a general discussion. This is followed up with 2 unannounced visits where I or my colleague will experience the food and assess your venue. After, a detailed report will be prepared and submitted to the representative, followed up by a further onsite meeting to discuss the report. Price includes all of the above.
