Operations and Workflow
All potential clients must first schedule a 1-on-1-hour consult. If you choose a mentorship package, $195 will be deducted from your balance. Book the hour consult first before booking this.
**Payment plan requests can be emailed to shronica@therosecarehome.com** Please note payment can be split into 2 equal payments. 1st Payment is due upon receipt, 2nd payment is due within 30 days. Documents will not be released until full payment is made.
Now that you have the house, it's time to market your home, fill those beds, and put general operating procedures in place so that your future residents can have a great move-in experience.
Operations & Workflows Include:
- 4-60 min calls (virtual)
- Full documents bundle (over 25-word document templates)
- Help you set up and organize an automated system so that your residents have a great experience
- Help you with your marketing plan. Provide you with templates you can easily use
- The onboarding process for new residents and move-ins. I will do the first call with you over the phone so that you can hear what questions I am asking.
- Walk-thru of the property to set up the home for a great resident experience. This can include helping you stage the home so that you can get the residents you want to attract. (travel expenses may occur if travel is more than 100 miles)
- 60 days of support calls (support calls must be scheduled in advance)
- 1 9-1-1 call (can be used as needed)
- Must be used within 4 months
Workflow & Operations + Training Staff & Set-up

Documents and staff training will not be provided until full payment is made.
Includes: Worcflow & Operations + Training Staff + Set-up
- 6- 60 Minute Virtual Accountability Calls (scheduled in advance)
- 2 Emergency calls-
- 120 days of follow-up support
- Assistance with the application process for your area of opening-I do not assist with doing licensed Assisted Living applications and help you figure out planning and zoning for your area
- 1 day with my team and I to train management and staff on procedures (what to do for inquiries, preparing for tours and emergencies, etc.
- Assistance with staging the home that is suitable to target resident
- Setup the flow of the home with workflows and processes for a great customer experience
- Set-up resident binders and workstations
- Must be used within 6 months

60 min Consult $195
During this time you will get to ask me any questions pertaining to the residential care home business and get the resources that helped me.
If you choose to hire me as your consultant then I will apply the $195 that you have paid towards your mentorship package.
The Tune UP
This is for the group home owner who is already open and operating and is struggling with processes and filling beds. I will come into the home and help you come up with a plan of action to fill beds, get you organized with processes and workflows, reorganize the flow of the home for a better resident experience (if needed) and help you come up with a marketing plan.
- 20 min pre-consult done before to gather information about the business.
- 3 hour walk-thru and in-person consult
- Documents package can be added on for half off of the document bundle price.
**If 60 minute consult booked prior to this then $195 will be deducted from this price**
If travel of more than 45 miles is needed then travel expenses will be billed separately.
The Documents $875
Get the operational documents needed to operate a group home for seniors.
