This booking is for journalists or media outlets who wish to speak with Sinead regarding her work. This relates to contributory pieces only and not for full interviews.
€99 1-2-1 Mentoring Call
This booking is for a once off Mentoring session for adults seeking change, either personally or professionally.
The session is 45 mins long and provides the time and space to explore the possibilities and opportunities open to you, in your life. I provide objective support and mentoring. Sometimes the worries we have only carry weight because we are carrying them alone.
It is an ideal session for dealing with a specific issue or challenge you are currently facing. The session is delivered online via Zoom and costs €99.
€99 Parent Support Session
This booking is for a once off Parent Support session where you can feel safe and cared for as you share your immediate worries and concerns as a parent, either new or old, with your first or fifth child.
Often our greatest worries and concerns carry the weight because we need to feel heard, validated and important. Once these needs are fulfilled, we are incredibly strong and powerful.
In this session ...
You will know you are heard.
You will feel validated.
You will realise how important you are.
The session lasts 45 mins long and how you wish to use it is up to you. Let me know now, as you book if there is something in particular you would like to focus on.
You can use this as the opportunity not only to work through an issue or concern, but also to get a feel for what it is like to work with me. It is a stepping stone to other programmes and services provided by The Holistic Parent.

Conscious Connections Workshop @ 10am
I am delighted you have chosen to join the 'Conscious Connections' Workshop. I love to see people connect in a genuine, real and even sometimes vulnerable way. It doesn't matter whether you are in business or just expanding your social horizons, being able to effectively communicate with others is important.
Conscious Connections is about making the most of the time you give to meeting new people.
In this 60-min group workshop, you will learn how to :-
- Set-up the best environments to ensure your connections are solid and true
- Maximise your profile in person and on platforms that provide others access to you
- Become comfortable with the idea of sharing, who you are, what you love, what your business is etc.,
- Research and plan for networking events to allow the best use of your limited time in large groups
- Create an environment where others will feel welcome meeting you and sharing
How does that sound? Networking is really not as awful as you may think and you might actually be pleasantly surprised if you do a little bit of groundwork before launching yourself on your public! ;)
This cost of this workshop is €55.
