The Headspace Programme is a 3 x 1hr programme providing space for YOU, where you can unpick whatever you need at this time, creating visibility and clarity, so you can salvage the nuggets and move forward to your next step.
The Headspace Programme is the first programme in a series of workshops should you need them. You will come to the programme having completed a single 'Headspace' Session with Sinead.
When you book this programme, the date and time you choose will be fixed for your three sessions, usually either a week or maximum two weeks apart. There is flexibility here however so be sure to mention a need for that when booking.
